Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai seeks a dynamic Project Sales Manager with 5–8 years in project sales within fit-outs, interiors, or construction materials. You will develop opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects, engaging with contractors, consultants, architects, PMCs, developers and end users.

The role requires strong networks, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting sales targets, with the ability to work independently and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of project sales experience in fit-outs, interior designing, landscaping, construction materials or similar industries.
• Established network of contacts among: Contractors, Consultants, Architects, Developers, PMCs, End users in Real Estate, Hospitality, and Education sectors.
• Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification-driven sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project management firms, developers, and end users.
• Generate leads and actively pursue projects within the real estate, hospitality, education, and government sectors.
• Engage with key decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and specification stages through project award.
• Promote the company's products, services, and turnkey solutions to consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

• Existing relationships with major developers, hotel groups, schools, universities, and consultants will be a strong advantage.
• Prior UAE experience with a valid driving license
