Job summary

JAMS HR Solutions seeks a Project & Operations Coordinator to bridge engineering initiatives with daily operations and indirect procurement. You will track CAPEX, automation, CI, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional activities across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The role requires 2–3 years in project coordination within a manufacturing or heavy operations setting, with strong MS Office and Oracle ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations management.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy operations environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budget mapping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.
• Analytical mindset with data tracking and KPI reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and report on Operations, CI, Automation, and CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, action items, and budget allocations against Tarkees approvals.
• Serve as central hub for collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and HR.
• Prepare and present project status updates, KPI metrics, and executive reviews for leadership.
• Maintain strict project documentation and change control logs.
• Provide leadership support with calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and visitor coordination.
• Draft operational reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and management reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, training events, and team engagement activities.
• Maintain immaculate department records, compliance documentation, and organizational data.
• Support procurement for operational materials by raising purchase requisitions and tracking POs.
• Monitor PPE and operational material stock and ensure supplier/vendor records.
