Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Junior Project Associate to support the successful implementation of new projects and operational initiatives. You will help plan, launch, coordinate, and track projects across the business, while taking ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, and you will actively drive follow-ups to closure.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, launch, and tracking of projects and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and take ownership of assigned actions to drive them to closure.
• Support the definition and improvement of operational processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement agreed solutions within assigned areas.
• Maintain project trackers, issue logs, CRM updates, metrics, and reporting to ensure clear visibility on project progress.
• Analyse project and operational data to track performance, identify opportunities, and highlight recommendations for improvement.
• Support Product and Technology teams with operational requirements, testing, issue tracking, and project implementation.
• Execute assigned operational campaigns, including WhatsApp campaigns, and track their performance and outcomes.
• Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, identify key issues and blockers, and provide timely updates and inputs to the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain correct access control across relevant systems and teams.
