Job summary

NCO in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Project Management professional to plan, monitor, and control project activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with approved scope.

You will support progress tracking, reporting, and risk identification, with emphasis on MS Excel, data analysis, and clear communication within project teams to drive successful close-out.

• Support the preparation and updating of project schedules, cost estimates, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to identify delays, cost variances, and potential risks.
• Support the project change control process, including tracking changes and their impact on cost and schedule.
• Assist in preparing corrective actions and recovery plans for identified project delays or cost issues.
• Maintain accurate project control records and support project meetings, reporting, lessons learned, and close-out activities.
