We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Coordinator in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and day-to-day execution requirements.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, schedules, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify schedule or coordination issues and escalat them to the appropriate project personnel.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, maintaining minutes, and following up on agreed action items.
Required Skills
- Project Coordination — Ability to organize and monitor multiple project activities.
- Scheduling & Tracking — Ability to follow timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Project Documentation — Strong record-keeping and document-control capability.
- Stakeholder Coordination — Ability to coordinate effectively across project teams.
- MS Office & Reporting — Competence in spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Work Experience Requirements
Typical: 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related project-support role. Experience supporting structured, deadline-driven projects is typically preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Typical Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Project management-related qualification/certification.
- Additional: Relevant project coordination or scheduling certifications are advantageous.
