Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily site works for civil and structural activities.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labour for smooth execution of work.
• Liaise with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.
• Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Quality Control

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and material deliveries.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly.

Materials & Resources

• Ensure availability of required materials and tools.
• Verify and approve material deliveries as per specifications.
• Reduce wastage of materials and resources on site.

Health & Safety

• Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to HSE guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when necessary.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience

3–5 years in construction (UAE experience preferred).

Exposure to residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site management.
