Responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust PMO operating model covering governance, risk, quality and stakeholders.
• Own delivery cadence for large-scale initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams with business strategy.
• Elevate programme reporting to executive sponsors with clear, actionable insight.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure coherent delivery plans.
• Champion best-practice PMO methodologies and governance artefacts, incl. RAID logs.

Project Manager – Enterprise Applications – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a seasoned PMO leader to steer multiple enterprise transformation programmes at our client, a public‑facing organization driving digital modernization. The successful candidate will establish governance frameworks across Oracle Fusion deployment, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, CRM enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics), and broader IT initiatives including infrastructure and expansion programmes. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery to ensure successful, on‑time outcomes across parallel workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust PMO operating model spanning governance, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement across multiple programmes.
• Own the delivery cadence for large‑scale initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams and aligning with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Elevate programme‑level reporting to executive sponsors, translating complex status into actionable insight.
