The role covers full lifecycle delivery, from concept through handover, coordinating with design, production and site teams to meet time, cost and quality targets. 15+ years total experience with 5+ years PM leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in project management for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality and residential projects in UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments to premium standards.
• Develop strategies, schedules, budgets and coordinate with design, production and site teams.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to align with design intent and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and interior fitout, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit-out projects—from concept, designcoordination, and planning to execution, handover, and post-delivery support.


• - Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed-use development projects, ensuringalignment with client expectations and premium quality standards.


• - Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets incollaboration with design, production, and site teams.
