Job summary

Black & Grey HR is representing a leading Dubai-based construction and fit-out company seeking a Project Manager with extensive joinery and interior fit-out experience for hospitality and residential sectors.

The role covers full lifecycle delivery, from concept through handover, coordinating with design, production and site teams to meet time, cost and quality targets. 15+ years total experience with 5+ years PM leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in project management for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality and residential projects in UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments to premium standards.
• Develop strategies, schedules, budgets and coordinate with design, production and site teams.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to align with design intent and timelines.
• Oversee procurement schedules, shop drawings, and milestone production for joinery elements.
• Monitor budgets, cost variations and risk, ensuring timely decisions and cost control.
• Drive quality assurance and compliance with standards and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients with transparency.
• Mentor team members to foster collaboration and performance excellence.
