Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Manager for Interior Design, Fit Out & MEP in Dubai. The role requires coordination with consultants and contractors to deliver interior-design and fit-out packages, plus oversight of MEP and building-services elements across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a PM in related fields, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and an industry certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. Relocation and UAE locale experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of PM experience in interior design, fit-out or related delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the SPRM in developing project scopes, execution plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultant and contractor for interior-design and fit-out packages.
• Coordinate MEP, life-safety, HVAC, ELV and building-services requirements across projects.

Job Description

• Support the SPRM in developing project scopes, execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with Consultant and Contractor for the development and implementation of interior-design and fit-out packages.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life-safety, HVAC, ELV, lighting, and building-services requirements across assigned projects.
• Review bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, material schedules, quotations, and contractor submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as PM for project management, interior design, fit-out, construction, refurbishment and or property development project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related discipline to cover.
• With PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent recognised project-management certification
• Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Dynamics, 3DSMAX
