Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking a Technical Installation Project Manager to lead the delivery and installation of premium aluminium glazing systems across luxury residential and commercial projects in the UAE.

You will manage site execution from pre-installation coordination through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and to premium quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5-10+ years’ experience delivering luxury villa or high-end residential projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Technical understanding of curtain wall systems, waterproofing, and installation tolerances.
• Strong site management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience managing multicultural installation teams.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full installation lifecycle of aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, and glazing systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal production teams.
• Lead site installation teams and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Conduct site surveys, installation planning, and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor installation progress, productivity, and programme milestones.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during execution.
• Ensure HSE compliance across all project sites.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Support procurement and logistics coordination for project materials and installation schedules.

Position Overview

My client is seeking a Technical Installation Project Manager to oversee the delivery and installation of high-end aluminium window, sliding door, and glazing systems across luxury residential and commercial projects in the UAE.

The role will manage site execution from pre-installation coordination through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and to premium quality standards expected within the luxury villa and architectural glazing market.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of aluminium systems, façade/glazing installation, and experience managing installation teams on high-end construction projects in the GCC.

• Technical understanding of:

Preferred Profile

• European, British, or South African project delivery background preferred.
• Experience working with luxury developers, architects, and private clients.
• Strong understanding of premium finishing standards and bespoke installation requirements.
