HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead aluminium, glass and façade projects from award through engineering, fabrication, installation and handover. You will build execution plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in related sectors and strong MS Project/Primavera skills, plus ERP and AutoCAD knowledge. UAE GCC license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Construction/Contracting/Aluminium/Glass/Façade industries, with at least 3 years in a PM/lead role in GCC.

Job in Brief:

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry? Do you have a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects, manufacturing, engineering or operational excellence while working with multidisciplinary teams? Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage aluminium, glass and façade projects from project award through engineering, fabrication, installation and final handover. Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA/QC and Site teams to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved within the approved schedule. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts and material submittals before execution. Attend client, consultant and internal project meetings to discuss project progress, technical issues and action plans. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and quality standards. Identify project risks, technical challenges and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role in GCC. Strong knowledge of architectural aluminium systems, curtain wall, glazing, façade installation and project execution. Experience in project planning, contract administration, budgeting, resource management and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project or Primavera and ERP systems. Auto CAD knowledge is an added advantage. Budget preparation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, variance analysis, and cost reporting. Valid GCC driving license.
