Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Exhibition/Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end production projects from design handover to final installation and dismantling. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and venue organizers to ensure timely specifications, approvals, and schedules.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE/GCC exhibition or related production, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in exhibitions, events, or related production industries in UAE/GCC.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is a plus.
• Technical and material knowledge and know-how.
• Strong project planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event production projects, from design handover to final installation and dismantling.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and venue organizers to align on specifications, approvals, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead site surveys, installation planning, and oversee on-site operations during setup and dismantling.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and venue-specific guidelines.
• Manage documentation, including project reports, material submittals, drawings, and handover files.
• Support procurement and subcontractor management for specialized works (e.g., AV, graphics, lighting).
• Maintain a strong understanding of material usage, CNC and carpentry processes, and finishing techniques.
