Fire Alarm Supervisor – Systems is a full‑time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires a proven technical background in fire alarm installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance, and the ability to lead site technicians while ensuring compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Code.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned fire alarm tasks and ensure work is completed according to approved schedules and project requirements.
• Supervise fire alarm technicians and helpers during installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Guide site teams on proper work methods, safety procedures, system wiring, device installation, panel checks, and fault rectification.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams to keep site progress aligned with expectations.
• Attend client meetings and provide clear technical updates related to fire alarm work status, pending issues, and completion timelines.
• Ensure timely testing and commissioning of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Support programming, configuration, inspection, cause-and-effect verification, and final system checks.
• Liaise with Dubai Civil Defence, Hassantuk, consultants, and project stakeholders when required for inspections, approvals, and compliance matters.
• Ensure all site work follows UAE Fire and Life Safety Code standards and company quality procedures.
• Prepare daily progress updates, inspection checklists, testing records, handover files, and technical reports.
• Identify site issues early and coordinate corrective action to avoid project delays.
• Manage multiple sites or project areas while maintaining proper communication with supervisors, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safe working practices among technicians and helpers.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire alarm systems.
• UAE experience in fire alarm installation, maintenance, testing, or commissioning is preferred.
• Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Practical experience in programming, troubleshooting, testing, panel operation, device checking, and system fault diagnosis.
• Ability to supervise technicians, helpers, and site teams across multiple projects.
• Good understanding of UAE Fire and Life Safety Code requirements.
• Familiarity with DCD and Hassantuk procedures will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for client meetings, consultant coordination, and internal reporting.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, checklists, handover documents, and work progress updates.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Organized, responsible, site‑focused, and able to work under project deadlines.
