Job summary

Dolphin Thermal Solutions seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end EPC project delivery in Abu Dhabi. You will manage schedule, budget, procurement, and client reporting for oil & gas and petrochemical turnarounds from our facility to clients worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in EPC PM, and strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. Travel to client sites and site turnarounds is expected; ADNOC/ GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• 7+ years of EPC project management experience in oil & gas or petrochemicals.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.
• Strong client-facing communication and commercial acumen.
• Experience with project controls tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and turnaround locations.
