Proven track record delivering ERP, CRM, or integration projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud-migration projects.
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with sponsors.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with full transparency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, and client personnel.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and drive resolution of blockers.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting to executive stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and quality standards.
Manage change requests, scope changes, and contract amendments.
