• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marble, granite, or natural stone factories or projects.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing marble production and installation projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marble projects, including cutting, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final project handover.
• Utilize the ERP system (Odoo) to manage project data, track materials, monitor progress, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to maintain coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Plan project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor factory production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials and labor in coordination with relevant teams.
• Supervise site installation activities, conduct regular inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality control standards for marble finishing and installation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors for updates, approvals, and overall stakeholder management.
• Track project costs and control budget to avoid overruns.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements.
