Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (B.E./M.E.), 20+ years in bridge construction management or project management, PMP or equivalent preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 20+ years in bridge construction management or project management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to guide diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all management levels.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities

• Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client
• Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance.
