Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 20+ years in bridge construction management or project management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to guide diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
