Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Project Governance PMO Professional to oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple application development initiatives and to define plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. You will track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring PMO process compliance.

The role also covers business analysis responsibilities: engaging with clients, translating needs

• Oversee and coordinate PMO, BA and project coordination activities.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories) and workflow design.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with application development and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Project Governance PMO Responsibilities

• Oversee end to end project delivery across multiple application development initiatives
• Define project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Track progress, manage risks and ensure adherence to scope, budget and quality standards
• Conduct weekly monthly project reviews and prepare status reports for internal and client stakeholders
• Coordinate cross functional teams developers QA DevOps UI UX product owners
• Ensure compliance with organizational PMO frameworks, processes and documentation standards

Business Analysis Requirement Management

• Engage with clients to understand business needs, workflows and pain points
• Convert business requirements into clear, structured functional and technical specifications
• Create BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
• Facilitate requirement workshops gap analysis and solution discussions

Technical Understanding Front End Back End

• Understand application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations and UI UX flows
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of requirements
• Review technical designs and provide business aligned feedback
• Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes
• Ensure technical deliverables meet business expectations and functional needs

Client Management SPOC Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project related communication
• Manage client expectations address concerns and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular client meetings demos and requirement validation sessions
• Build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Quality Assurance Delivery Excellence

• Ensure deliverables meet functional technical and performance standards
• Support UAT planning execution and defect triage
• Drive continuous improvement across processes documentation and communication
• Proficiency in spoken Arabic is required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back‑end technologies (APIs, databases, server‑side logic).
• Experience working in application development or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Figma, Postman, or similar.
