Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and high safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, commercial, and site teams; manage clients, consultants, and subcontractors; review drawings and specs; report progress to management; and drive snagging, testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior construction.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, and resources.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Commercial, and Site teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and overall project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination of architectural, interior, MEP, and other fit-out works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
