Job summary

Verdant Landscapes in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple luxury landscaping and swimming pool construction projects from mobilisation through handover. You will lead site teams, coordinate clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years UAE project management experience within landscaping, swimming pool construction, civil works, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing luxury residential landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, developer, consultant, and authority requirements.
• UAE driving licence required.
• Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects simultaneously.
• Plan, organise, and oversee all project activities from commencement to handover.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Conduct site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate procurement and material deliveries to ensure programme requirements are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues that arise during project execution.
• Manage project handovers, snagging, and close-out procedures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
