Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious professional to join our GBS team to lead finance-related projects, especially cards projects, and deliver value across the bank.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in financial services, PMP or Scrum/Agile, and strong knowledge of core banking, banking products, and enterprise systems. Flexible and remote working options are available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services with independent finance-project management (cards projects).
• PMP or Scrum/Agile certification.
• Experience in project management.
• Cards & Payment domain knowledge.
• Banking products and operations knowledge.
• Core banking knowledge.
• Business relationship management skills.
• Finance quality control practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group or Sub-Group related projects, defining activities, milestones and teams for successful delivery.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for vendor sourcing, RFPs and vendor performance.
• Manage all project documentation to meet internal standards and audit requirements.
• Conduct project meetings, provide updates, discuss risks, and influence outcomes to stay on track.
• Prepare budgets and track performance against them.
