Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the oil & gas EPC sector. The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with client goals.

Candidates should have 20+ years of hands-on project management experience in relevant industries, with PMP certification and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices highly valued. ADNOC/GCC EPC exposure is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
• 20+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex projects within the relevant industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage for adaptive project management.
• ADNOC/GCC EPCC project experience is essential.

Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred Clean-shaven policy applicable Candidates must be immediate joiners Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Applying candidates must possess regular educational qualifications obtained from recognized institutions.
