Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced engineer (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation/HSE or equivalent) with 5-10+ years in Oil & Gas EPCC projects to lead execution per project specifications.

You will coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives; prepare and maintain technical documents; monitor progress; and ensure QHSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation/HSE or equivalent).
• 05-10+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas EPCC projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned responsibilities per project specs, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents, engineering reports, inspection records, project schedules, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, risks, or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, equipment, and project resources while maintaining quality, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSE policies, ADNOC/client specifications, and international standards throughout project execution.

Oil & Gas EPCC experience

Engineering degree in Mechanical/Civil

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation/HSE or equivalent) with 05-10+ years of relevant experience (depending on the position) in Oil & Gas EPCC projects.
• Previous ADNOC/GCC experience is mandatory as per the position requirements.
• Execute assigned responsibilities in accordance with project specifications, international standards, company procedures, and client requirements while ensuring timely project execution.
• Coordinate effectively with project management, engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents, engineering reports, inspection records, project schedules, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, risks, or non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, equipment, and project resources while maintaining quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, ADNOC/client specifications, and international standards throughout project execution.
