Job summary

Sound Star Events LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Project Manager (×2) to run small to mid-sized events end-to-end, advancing toward Senior PM. You will take handoff from Sales, build specs, budgets, and schedules, and manage on-site execution.

The role requires 3+ years in AVL or event production, strong AV literacy, and client-facing skills. UAE driving licence is essential; regular on-site work at Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AVL or event production, ideally with PM or coordinator experience.
• Solid technical literacy across audio, lighting, and video.
• Strong organisation; uses the rental system and the calendar religiously.
• Comfortable client-facing.
• UAE driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Take handoff from Sales on assigned jobs; build spec, equipment list, crew plan, schedule.
• Build and own the job budget.
• Issue the Call Sheet for assigned events at least 48h before call time.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on prep and any sub-rental needs.
• Book freelance crew within the approved roster.
• On-site for load-in, show, and load-out.
• Lead post-event debrief; reconcile costs and raise the invoice.
