Economía Circular en Andalucía seeks a Project Director to lead major initiatives from planning through delivery. You will drive strategy, schedule, and delivery, coordinating with clients, executives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure scope, cost, and quality targets are met.

Required are a strong track record in complex projects, UAE knowledge, and formal PM certifications; you will oversee procurement, risk, and change across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and completion.

• Experience with contracts, procurement, risk, quality, and compliance management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and relevant industry standards is preferred.
