AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Project Information Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates to lead document and information management across engineering and construction projects. You will oversee enterprise document management, configuration control, and review workflows while guiding a small to mid-sized team.

The role emphasizes coordination with engineering, procurement, and client teams to maintain compliant documentation and efficient information flow on site and in the home office.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree is required.
• Thorough knowledge of project information and document management activities.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise document management systems.
• Working capability with relational databases.
• Proficiency with internet-based project collaboration systems.
• Ability to lead an information management function on a small to medium-sized project.
• Ability to supervise, delegate, mentor, evaluate, and train information management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage document and information management across home-office and field environments.
• Oversee internal and external document review processes.
• Maintain document configuration management for engineering and construction activities.
• Coordinate with project material control, scheduling, and expediting functions.
• Interface with client engineering teams on documentation needs.
• Lead information management on small to medium projects.
