Job summary

DP World in Dibba, Fujairah, is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead and implement health, safety and wellbeing programs across assigned projects. The role emphasizes compliance with DP World standards and local regulations to support project delivery and Zero Harm objectives.

You will develop project HSE plans, supervise risk assessments, audits, and contractor performance, and lead incident investigations across complex stakeholder environments in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, engineering, or related discipline.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy, policies, standards and objectives across DP World projects.
• Advise project leadership on health & safety matters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE Management Plans.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections and contractor performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and DP World standards.
