Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HSE leadership within logistics, ports, marine services or large industrial operations in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification programs across terminals and operational sites.
• Design and deliver structured HSE training programs.
• Monitor compliance with local and international HSE legislation.
• Lead investigations into incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Establish and test emergency response and crisis management plans.
• Track HSE performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Promote behavioral safety initiatives.
