Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Engineer to plan, sequence, and oversee epoxy and coating operations on high-rise construction sites. You will manage material logistics, ensure surface preparation and environmental controls, and coordinate across QA/QC, HSE, and site management teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or Construction Management, plus hands-on epoxy coating experience in UAE high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or Construction Management.
• Deep knowledge of resinous flooring systems, epoxy chemistry, and multi-layer application sequences.
• Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence multi-layer epoxy and specialized coating installation schedules, coordinating closely with other on-site construction trades
• Oversee strict surface preparation protocols prior to coating application
• Manage material logistics — procurement timing, storage conditions, and site distribution of epoxy and painting materials
• Ensure environmental compliance (temperature, humidity, ventilation) throughout application cycles
• Monitor quality control and compliance against project specifications and technical drawings
• Allocate manpower and resources across concurrent coating activities to maintain schedule integrity
• Liaise with QA/QC, HSE, and site management teams to resolve sequencing conflicts and application issues
• Maintain daily progress records, inspection reports, and material consumption logs

This role owns the technical execution of epoxy and painting works from material logistics through final application, ensuring every layer meets surface preparation, environmental, and quality standards.
