Job summary

The Project Engineer - Epoxy and Coating Works at Azizi Developments in Dubai will own the technical and operational aspects of epoxy flooring and resinous coating packages from preparation through final inspection.

You will coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing trades, manage substrates, environmental conditions, and ensure materials and crews are ready on time to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience on high-rise projects in the UAE.
• Hands-on coating and flooring project delivery experience.
• Strong planning, coordination, and QA/QC skills.
• Knowledge of epoxy flooring and resinous coatings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence epoxy flooring and coatings across project areas.
• Develop installation schedules for primers to final coats.
• Coordinate coating works with civil, architectural, MEP and finishing teams.
• Inspect substrates and verify preparation requirements.
• Oversee surface preparation like grinding and moisture control.
• Monitor environmental conditions during application and curing.
• Ensure materials are mixed, applied, and cured per specs.
• Coordinate procurement and storage of coating materials.
• Review data sheets, method statements, and specifications.
• Support snagging, testing, and project handover.
