Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical onshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Managing discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineers and coordinating interdisciplinary input between projects, site input, stakeholders, FEED and EPC teams.
• Coordinate between projects team and multidisciplinary input.
• Oversee project execution and FEED contractor performance.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, timesheets, leave requests and provide support to Team Leads.

Responsibilities

• Managing discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineer and detail interdisciplinary coordination between projects / site input / stakeholders / FEED / EPC engineers etc.
• Coordination between projects team and multidisciplinary input
• Oversee entire project executionand FEED contractor performance
• Oversee FEED contractor schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports and delay analysis 5. Monitor the budget and cost control, oversee timesheet submissions, leave requests and provide overall support to Team Leads

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
• PMC experience at similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field
