Job summary

Penspen is a leading energy services company providing engineering, project management, asset management and integrity services for the oil and gas sector. The Abu Dhabi-based role involves managing discipline engineers, coordinating between projects and FEED/EPC teams, and ensuring timely execution and reporting.

The position requires a strong background in engineering, PMC experience, and proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on onshore oil and gas projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical onshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Managing discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineers and coordinating interdisciplinary input between projects, site input, stakeholders, FEED and EPC teams.
• Coordinate between projects team and multidisciplinary input.
• Oversee project execution and FEED contractor performance.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, timesheets, leave requests and provide support to Team Leads.
