Job summary

People Talento HR Consultancy DWC LLC is recruiting a Project Engineer to be the technical backbone of a growing site team in the UAE. You will bridge the gap between design intent and on-site construction, working under the Project Manager to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a bonus.

• 3–5 years of relevant engineering/construction project execution experience.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of technical drawings and specs; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings; raise RFIs when needed.
• Prepare and review method statements and ITPs.
• Monitor site execution for quality against drawings and specs.

On behalf of our client a leading construction engineering company in the UAE we re looking for a Project Engineer to be the technical backbone of a growing site team You ll work closely under the Project Manager bridging the gap between design intent and what actually gets built on site.

What you ll own

• day-to-day technical execution
• Technical Design Coordination
• Review and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and shop drawingsFlag design discrepancies and raise RFIs requests for information to consultantsPrepare and review method statements and inspection test plans ITPs
• Site Execution Quality Daily site presence to monitor work progress against drawings and specsConduct site inspections quality checks and snag defect trackingEnsure work complies with approved method statements and safety procedures
• Coordination Communication Liaise daily with consultants contractors suppliers and the site teamCoordinate material deliveries submittals and approvals with procurementSupport the Project Manager in progress reporting and meetings
• Documentation Maintain site records daily reports inspection logs and as-built documentationTrack project documentation through to handover and closeout

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in engineering/construction project execution
• Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and relevant engineering software
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications independently
• Strong coordination and communication skills across consultants, contractors and site teams
• English fluency required; Hindi or Arabic is a bonus, not a must
