Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates seeks a strong and experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Fit-Out with solid UAE experience in high-end residential, luxury villa, fit-out, renovation, and civil projects. You will lead site activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and has 5–8 years UAE experience, especially with Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands, or Al Barari. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–8 years UAE experience mandatory.
• Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and civil works.
• Proven track record on high-end residential and luxury villa projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits, inspections and compliance.
• Site execution, drawings, materials, subcontractor coordination, quality control and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil/fit-out projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards across all stages.
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience
• Strong experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and civil works
• Proven experience handling high-end residential and luxury villa projects, preferably in Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands, and Al Barari
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Excellent knowledge of site execution, drawings, materials, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project planning
• Able to independently manage projects from site mobilization through completion and handover
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to professionally manage client expectations, concerns, variations, and project requirements
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver projects to a high standard of quality
• Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
