Apt Resources is recruiting a Project Coordinator/Civil Draftsman for a prestigious Royal Palace project in Abu Dhabi. The role combines project coordination with drafting and design tasks to support luxury construction and renovation initiatives.

You will create detailed CAD drawings, coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, and manage project documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and civil drafting preferably in high-profile or luxury projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Coordinate between architects, engineers and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets and reports.
• Review and update architectural drawings to meet design specifications and standards.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues effectively and efficiently.

This dual role combines project coordination responsibilities with drafting and design tasks ensuring the successful of highprofile construction and renovation projects for the Royal Palace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate between different teams including architects engineers and contractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and reports.
• Review and update architectural drawings as necessary ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress challenges and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with regulations codes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving projectrelated issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
