Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support successful execution of landscape projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality standards while facilitating clear communication among team members and clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and proactive risk management to keep projects on track and satisfy client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and records.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks and mitigate them to protect timelines and objectives.
• Act as liaison between project team and clients, providing progress updates and managing expectations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and other relevant records.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and objectives are not compromised.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations
