TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale IS implementation and business setup programme. You will coordinate SIT, UAT and KUT activities, manage trackers and reports, and serve as the key link between the project team, HQ and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project professional looking to contribute to a high-visibility system implementation and ongoing project governance.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Preferably experience in IS implementation, ERP/system setup or business setup projects.
• SIT / UAT / KUT experience preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate SIT, UAT and KUT activities, including planning, scheduling, follow-up and status tracking.
• Plan and facilitate weekly project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present project status, open issues, risks and pending actions to management.
• Coordinate directly with HQ and cross-functional teams on queries, actions and project activities.
• Maintain project trackers, action/issue/risk logs and weekly status reports.
• Support preparation of management presentations and project documentation.
• Track defects, change requests and sign-offs to closure.
• Support go-live readiness and project closure activities.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Information Systems (IS) implementation and business setup programme. You will coordinate SIT, UAT and Key User Training (KUT) activities, manage project trackers and reporting, and act as the key link between the project team, HQ and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented project professional to work on a high-visibility system

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SIT, UAT and KUT activities, including planning, scheduling, follow-up and status tracking
• Plan and facilitate weekly project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Present project status, open issues, risks and pending actions to management
