You will review drawings, schedules, and BOQs, ensuring scope alignment. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and UAE driving capabilities, with a passion for high-quality design and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Interior Design or Project Coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Canva.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage client relationships from first contact.
• Gather requirements, document design expectations, and coordinate with design teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project scope for alignment with client needs.
• Schedule and deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, and subcontractor interactions for smooth execution.
• Maintain high standards of detail and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilty:

• Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and establish a clear line of communication.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand and document client requirements, preferences, and design expectations.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate with the Design and 3D Visualization teams to align outputs with client needs.
• Review Drawings and Scope: Review design drawings, BOQs, and project scope to ensure alignment with client expectations and project standards.
• Project Scheduling & Delivery: Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on or before the agreed schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality to ensure it meets company standards and client commitments.
• Site Coordination: Visit project sites regularly, take accurate site measurements, and coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams for smooth project execution.

Skills and Qualification:

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

• Technical & Design Knowledge: Strong knowledge of design concepts, materials, and construction processes.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, autocad, canva, basic sketch up, photoshop, project management tools, and design coordination software (preferred).
• Project Management & Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Language Proficiency: Hindi and English
• Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License for site visits and client meetings.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, quality, and project accuracy.
