Job summary

EGA is seeking a Progress & Reporting Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to oversee project progress, readiness, and reporting. You will coordinate planning across multiple workstreams, develop dashboards, and ensure timely issue resolution to support execution aligned with project objectives.

The role requires 5–8 years in project coordination and strong data analytics skills, including Excel, Power BI, and KPI management. The position is based on-site within the Al Azm Control Tower environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, planning, progress reporting, project controls, operational coordination or industrial execution environments.
• Operational Coordination Skills: Multi-disciplinary work sequencing; interface management; contractor management; material readiness planning; equipment readiness planning; stakeholder management; cross-functional coordination; daily/weekly review meetings; decision-making under pressure; executive reporting.
• Data & Analytics Skills: Advanced Excel; Power Query; Pivot Tables; dynamic dashboards; VBA / Office Scripts; Power BI; KPI management; data modelling; forecasting analytics; data validation and control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary work sequencing across project, operations, maintenance, supply chain, contractor and support teams to align execution priorities with approved plans.
• Track planned versus actual progress; highlight variances, constraints and recovery actions to support schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans by consolidating workstream inputs and ensuring dependencies are visible and actioned.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports covering schedule performance, readiness status, contractor performance, material and equipment constraints, risk areas and recovery actions.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting structures and executive dashboards for management reviews.
