The role demands 7+ years in data centers or complex engineering projects, with a track record in programme-wide governance and rigorous reporting. On-site Abu Dhabi location, strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional qualification or chartered status.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data centers or complex engineering projects.
• Proven track record delivering programming and reporting within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead robust project planning, reporting and governance strategy aligned with company objectives and international standards.
• Establish governance, policies, and performance standards across all projects within the programme.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of programme and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and workforce empowerment.
• Develop and implement programme-wide policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls for project controls management.
• Standardise document workflows across the programme.
