Job summary

Mace is delivering a major regeneration development in Abu Dhabi, providing project management services for a mixed-use site with offices, retail and public realm. The Stakeholder Manager will support the Stakeholder and Communications Centre of Excellence, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality delivery while engaging diverse teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include building relationships, implementing communications frameworks, and guiding teams to meet programme KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering stakeholder communications for property, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and foster inclusive leadership.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Stakeholder Manager

The project:

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial workplaces and retail units along with public realm.

Provides focused functional support to designated projects within the Stakeholder and Communications Centre of Excellence, helping teams deliver with clarity, collaboration and service excellence while supporting Mace’s commitment to client outcomes and positive impact.

You’ll be responsible for:

You’ll need to have:

• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team contributor.

• Basic construction lifecycle and stakeholder communications awareness.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Project delivery experience across property, infrastructure or construction.
