Role Context The Project Compliance Officer - Aviation will operate as a key authority-side representative within a complex airport development environment. The position connects concession partners, consultants, contractors, airport operations teams, government entities, and regulatory bodies while ensuring that project obligations remain aligned with governance procedures, concession requirements, development standards, and approval pathways. Beyond monitoring compliance, the role supports informed decision-support by maintaining reliable project records, identifying emerging governance concerns, coordinating interfaces, and translating project information into concise executive reporting. Effective oversight will contribute directly to timely approvals, stronger accountability, controlled project risk, and successful delivery of the aviation development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority 's day-to-day site representative across the airport concession development program.
• Monitor delivery progress against approved milestones, commitments, contractual obligations, and required approvals.
• Coordinate activities involving concessionaires, consultants, contractors, airport departments, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of key actions, decisions, outstanding matters, deliverables, and dependencies requiring follow-up.
• Oversee the tracking and coordination of technical submissions, project documentation, reviews, and responses.
• Monitor adherence to project governance frameworks, concession agreements, contractual requirements, and airport development standards.
• Ensure approvals, submissions, correspondence, governance records, and supporting documentation are maintained through established project procedures.
• Track permits, NOCs, statutory clearances, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder endorsements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project controls and reporting processes that provide accurate information on progress, compliance, actions, and emerging concerns.
• Detect potential governance gaps or compliance risks and escalating significant matters through the appropriate leadership channels.
• Act as a central communication interface between airport stakeholders and project delivery teams.
• Coordinate interfaces involving airside, landside, operational, infrastructure, and development requirements.
• Build productive working relationships with aviation regulators, government authorities, concession partners, contractors, consultants, and airport operations teams.
