Job summary

You will align concession requirements with governance procedures, maintain reliable project records, and provide concise executive reporting to leadership, enabling timely decisions and strong accountability across the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in major aviation, infrastructure, or capital programs.
• Strong governance, compliance monitoring, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience representing a client or authority in complex programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and regulatory interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority's site representative on the airport concession program.
• Monitor progress against milestones, obligations, and required approvals.
• Coordinate concessionaires, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Maintain visibility of actions, decisions, and deliverables.
• Oversee documentation reviews, responses, and governance records.
• Track permits, NOCs, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for leadership.
