Job summary

PSA BDP in Dubai is seeking a Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Executive/Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute complex shipments across land, sea, or air. You will review transportation plans, lifting studies, method statements, and work with vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Key focus areas include budgeting support, documentation, safety adherence, and providing updates to project managers. 1–3 years in project logistics and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations.
• Familiar with MS Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Provides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading.
• Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air).
• Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.
• Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
• Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
• Assist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure.
• Support project managers with reports and updates.
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Quality standards of the company.
• Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place.
