Job summary

Kaleris is seeking an experienced project manager with a background in logistics to join their team in Dubai. You will manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and possess at least three years of project management experience. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant project management tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management in Consulting domain, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management.
• Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in managing client relationships & business consulting.
• Someone who can think “out of the box”.
• Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in container terminal operations.
