Job summary

Centene is seeking a senior leader to oversee clinical, quality, and risk adjustment functions, developing and directing clinical programs for physician education and communication within a managed care environment.

You will analyze reports to identify trends, establish tracking systems for quality improvement, manage staff performance, stay current with HEDIS requirements, and coordinate external oversight visits to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, nursing, public health administration, business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years in a managed care environment.

• Coordinate external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Nursing, Public Health Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of supervisory/management experience
• 5+ years' experience working in a managed care environment
• Preferred: Registered Nurse, Certified Health Care Risk Management certification, Foreign MD, or AAPC certification
