Job summary

TalentOne is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in the UAE to lead daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and ensure GMP-compliant production of solid dosage forms. The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Solid dosage form manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensing, manufacturing and packaging activities to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, EHS standards, hygiene and PPE requirements.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, yield, wastage and adherence to planned timelines.
• Ensure readiness, qualification, calibration and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Review batch records, SOPs, protocols, reports and other manufacturing documents.
• Initiate and support deviation investigations, CAPA, change controls and timely quality-document closure.
• Coordinate material availability with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
• Support internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead, train and develop production personnel to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and cost control.
