Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations in the UAE, ensuring compliant receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory control and dispatch of materials and finished products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of pharmaceutical warehouse supervision experience, with strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, SAP/ERP and QMS documentation. You will lead a team and liaise with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Pharmacy, Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, inventory control, and warehouse quality systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of materials and finished products.
• Ensure storage conditions, segregation, labeling and handling meet GMP/GDP requirements.
• Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related warehouse documentation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock ageing, near-expiry, obsolete and non-moving items.
• Coordinate material release and availability with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain warehouse SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions and QMS records.
• Lead deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations and quality-risk management.
• Ensure warehouse compliance during regulatory and customer audits.
• Supervise dispatch, palletization and local pharmaceutical reporting requirements.
• Uphold high standards of EHS, housekeeping, hygiene, and personnel safety.
• Train, motivate and monitor warehouse personnel while driving improvements.

Role Purpose
